May Gardening Tips 2022: Another wonderful month for ALL THINGS garden and nature! Wildflowers have popped up everywhere, and everything is SO green and vibrant this time of year. The butterflies are in abundance and new life is all around! Trees are budded out, there is fruit on the vine and the branch.My little Arbequina Olive Tree has TONS of olives on it! I CAN’T WAIT to brine some of them! I WILL be getting another one this fall! The foliage is a beautiful silvery green and I just think it’s amazing to say that I am growing olives here in the gulf coast region of Texas.
You can get your own at Caldwell Nursery near the fairgrounds in Rosenberg. They have SUCH an awesome selection of EVERYTHING that grows, from vegetables and herbs to orchids, olives and roses, and if you are looking for bamboo, it IS THE PLACE! If you haven’t been there before, take a ride down there, you won’t be disappointed! #howdoesyourgardengrow
