AQHYA Scholarships are Open! Fall is also an important time of year because our high school seniors are working towards finishing their college applications. With college applications, it is also vital to start looking at scholarships that can be used to help lessen the blow of college expenses. One of those scholarships can be from the American Quarter Horse Foundation.

Any member of the American Quarter Horse Youth Association can apply for the ranching scholarships. Many of these will reward quite large scholarships, ranging from $450 to even $45,000. Even if your kid is not a high school senior, it is important to start thing about college and those scholarships early. This includes doing your research prior to senior year and figuring out if the associations you’re involved in, give scholarships.
