Blackened Shrimp Alfredo Recipe
Blackened Shrimp Alfredo Recipe: We are always looking for a quick recipe for those weeknights, when we don’t really want to spend hours in the kitchen. Here’s a super yummy recipe that comes together in less than 30 minutes and only has 6 ingredients! Add this one to your rotation!!!!
Ingredients
12 oz fettucine pasta (cooked and drained)
2 1/2 oz alfredo sauce
1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2 TBSP Cajun spice ( we use Tony Chachere’s or Slap Ya Mama)
1/4 pound unsalted butter
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions, drain, add alfredo sauce and set aside.
- Heat butter, season shrimp with cajun spices, making sure all shrimp are well coated, adding extra if needed.
- Saute shrimp in butter, turning frequently, until golden brown. Toss with pasta and sauce, top with parsely and serve.
