The Fort Bend Master Gardeners group will hold the first two events listed. This is a great opportunity to learn more about gardening, plants, and our local agronomy.

The group’s events for the months of February and March will include:

  • Fort Bend Master Gardeners Spring Fruit Tree Sale Event which will be held February 10th at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds
  • Fort Bend Master Gardeners Spring Vegetable and Herb Plant Sale which will be March 9th at the Fort Bend County Fairgrounds

In addition to the Master Gardeners group events, there will also be an Edible Earth Festival. It is scheduled for next month on March 23. The local YMCA is hosting it.

All of these events are an awesome opportunity to expand your garden and your pantry early on in the year, while also getting the opportunity to meet other interested growers in your community.
