November Gardening: How Does Your Garden Grow

September and November Gardening: Fall VegetablesNovember is actually a great time in the garden!  If you planted fall corn, you have probably already harvested it, or are getting close to harvesting it!

NOW is the time to get those carrot seeds in the ground!  Carrots are an incredible vegetable, and can be used in so many ways, sweet or savory!   They freeze really well, too!   If you have not planted lettuce yet, get that in the ground for fresh salads, and while you are at it, go ahead and plant your radishes, too!  Radishes are a great addition to your fall garden for a bright and spicy crunch to add to your salads.  If you have well drained soil, you can plant longer varieties like daikon type, or even parsnips!   Get out and plant something new!    Not sure what to plant?  Stop by the store and check out or varieties!!!  You are sure to find something you love!!!!

Come check out our selection while it’s stocked and looking good.
